SIMPLE AND EASY DIY ORANGE FACIAL AT HOME


     Oranges are packed with rich in Vitamin C and other antioxidants and they contain some important minerals and vitamins.  Essential oils in orange peel have anti-inflammatory properties and soothe irritated.  It regulates the sebum production and balances acne prone.  Orange makes your skin firm and elastic.

Before you start cleansing,
You must clean your face with face wash or soap.

Step 1: Cleanser
     Cleansing is the first and basic step of a facial.  It removes dirt, excess oil and other unwanted impurities, thus making the skin clean.
You Will Need:
*  Orange Peel Powder
*  Raw Milk.
How to Make:
*  All you require for this simple cleansing method are Orange Peel Powder and Raw Milk.
*  Take one tablespoon of Orange Peel powder in a bowl.
*  Add two tablespoons of Raw Milk into it and mix both ingredients well.
How to Cleanse:
     Apply this cleanser on your face and massage it in a slow, light and circular motion for about two minutes.  After two minutes, wash it off in normal water.

Step 2: Steaming
     Steaming your skin opens your pores and removes dirt and soften your blackheads which then, are easier to remove.  Do it with a steamer, but if you don’t have one you can do it, with this simple method:
You Will Need:
*  Water.
How to Make:
*  Water to boil.
How to Steam:
     Drape a towel over your head that it drops down on both sides of your face, trapping the steam.  Place your face close to the steaming water to feel it massaging your face, but not so close that skin gets burned or you are having trouble breathing fresh air.  Steam your face fir about five to eight minutes.

Step 3: Scrubbing
     The next step after steaming, is scrubbing.  Scrubbing helps in making the skin smooth, soft and shiny by removing the dead skin cells and exfoliating the skin.
You Will Need:
*  Sugar
*  Coconut Oil
*  Orange Essential Oil.
How to Make:
*  In a bowl, take one tablespoon of Sugar and add few drops of Orange Essential Oil.
*  Add two tablespoons of Coconut Oil and stir them well.
How to Scrub:
     Gently scrub this mixture in a circular motion on your face for about 5-6 minutes.  After 5 minutes, then wash it off with normal water.

Step 4: Massaging
     After scrubbing, it is important to moisturize your skin.
You Will Need:
*  Orange
*  Water.
How to Make:
*  Take one Orange, peel the Orange with help of Knife and take a slices.
*  Boil the Orange slices in Water for ten minutes then cool and strain it, in the bowl.
How to Massage:
     Take a massage mixture.  Massage your skin for at least 10 minutes until the mixture gets absorbed in the skin completely.  Then wash it off  and make your skin soft and supple.

Step 5 : Face Pack or Mask
     This step is for the face mask, you are just one step away from having that brighter and glowing skin.  A face mask is the most crucial step in the process of a facial.  Face masks help in hydrating the skin, removing dirt and make the overall appearance of the skin better.
You Will Need:
*  Orange Peel Powder
*  Turmeric Powder
*  Rose Water.
How to Make:
*  Mix a one tablespoon of Orange Peel Powder and add pinch amount of Turmeric Powder.
*  Add the one tablespoon of Rose Water.
*  Mix it well and to get a thick paste.
How to Apply:
     Apply this paste on your face and leave it for twenty minutes.  After 20 minutes, rinse it off by gently rubbing it in slow and circular motion.

Step 6: Toning
     Toning is also very important in facial.  Now that your skin has absorbed the nutrients and goodness of face mask, toner would help to close and clean the pores.  It also restores the balance of the skin and is essentially beneficial for acne-prone skin as it does not let the dirt settle in on the skin.  Take your favorite toner.  Then take a cotton pad and pour a small amount of toner.  It shrinks and tightens pores that were opened during the steam and leaves skin clean and bright.  Gently move the cotton pad all over the face and let it dry.

Step 7: Moisturizer
     Wrap up your 7 step home facial with a soothing moisturizer.  This last step hydrates the skin and helps to retain and sealing in the moisture it lost.  Make sure your hands are clean.  Get a lightweight moisturizer apply it all over your face using your fingertips.  Gently massage the cream onto face and neck and let it absorb in the skin.
