THE BEST MORNING SKINCARE ROUTINE


     Your skin has different needs in the morning and night.  In the MORNING you need protection because your skin is exposed to the (Sun, Heat, Pollution and Dirt) all of which can damage the skin and lead to (Acne, Premature aging, Suntan).  Let’s start the Skincare.

MORNING ROUTINE:

*  Cleanser
*  Toner
*  Anti-Oxidant Serum
*  Eye Cream
*  Moisturizer
*  Sunscreen

STEP 1: CLEANSE

Cleansing

     A lot of people think they don't have to wash their in morning because they just did it at night.  But it's actually really important.  Your pillow case can accumulate oils form your face and hair as well as bacteria and dust it all builds up while you sleep.
     Choose a Cleanser that suits your skin type.

HOW TO USE THE CLEANSER?

*  Apply a coin sized amount of your chosen cleanser, work between your hands and apply to face and neck.
*  Massage into your face and neck.
*  Rinse with water.
*  Pad dry into your face and neck.

STEP 2: TONER

Toning

     Toner are most helpful and necessary for people with oily or acne prone skin, or for people who want extra cleansing after wearing makeup or other heavy skin products.
     Shrinks pores, it restores your skin pH balance, it adds a layer of protection, it refreshes skin, It can prevent ingrown hairs.

HOW TO USE THE TONER?

*  Applying a small amount of toner to a soft cotton ball or pad.
*  Gently blotting and wiping your face.
*  It will remove oil and give the appearance of smaller pores.

STEP 3: ANTI-OXIDANT SERUM

Serum

     Anti-oxidant help protect skin from oxidative damage due to free radicals formed through UV rays and pollution.
     Anti-oxidant can improve dull looking skin and work with SPF to boost sun protection.
     To apply an Anti-Oxidant Serum during the day and in the evening.  "In the morning, layer it under a moisturizer with a sun protection factor of at least 30".
     Your body natural builds up a storage of anti-oxidant, so using the serum at night can help ensure that your skin has enough ready to going the morning.

HOW TO USE THE ANTI-OXIDANT SERUM ?

*  The morning is best time to use serum.
*  Dry skin after you have washed your face.
*  2-3 drops which you want to pat not rub into your skin.
*  Wet it absorb for as long as you can, ideally about 10 minutes.
*  Before applying your moisturizer, sun screen and makeup on top.

STEP 4 : EYE CREAM


Eyecream

     You have heard the promises: Eye creams reduce or even erase the sign of aging (fine lines, wrinkles, dark circles and puffiness).

HOW TO USE THE EYE CREAM ?

*  Be gentle in your application.  Apply your eye cream with minimal pressure to prevent sagging or wrinkled skin as a result of stretching or pulling motions.
*  Use a pea-sized amount of eye cream.
*  Apply Eye Cream to your ring finger for light pressure and dot the product around your orbital bone, from the inner corners to the outer corners of the eye area.
*  Use a dabbing motion in applying.
*  When you apply eye cream in the morning, wait for the product to absorb into your skin before applying a layer of sun screen or makeup.

STEP 5 : MOISTURIZER

Moisturizer


     If your skin tends to be on the dry side, its easy to assume that healthy dose of moisturizer is all it takes to restore its plump appearance and youthful glow.
     Moisturizer is particularly helpful for skin that is dry and peeling or flaking after undergoes a chemical peel using retin A or during the winter.

HOW TO USE THE MOISTURIZER?

*  Squeeze a little more than a pea-sized amount into palm.
*  Warm up moisturizer in hands.
*  Apply to cheeks using gentle circular motions.
*  Apply to forehead and rest of face.
*  Use light, gentle upward strokes, especially on the neck.

STEP 6: SUNSCREEN

Sunscreen

     Sunscreen, also known as sun block, is a lotion, spray, gel, foam (such as an expanded foam lotion or whipped lotion), stick or other topical products that absorbs or reflects some of the sun’s ultraviolet (UV) radiation and thus helps protect against sunburn.

HOW TO USE THE SUNSCREEN?

*  Lay it on thick.
*  Dot sunscreen directly onto your face.
*  Put sunscreen on first, then your moisturizer.
*  Use sunscreen daily.
*  Apply sunscreen before you go into the sun.
*  Use zinc oxide if you need immediate sun protection.
